Mayfair 139 has three bedrooms. The main and second bedrooms each have a Queen-size bed and the third bedroom is furnished with twin beds. The en-suite and main bathrooms have a shower. The well equipped, open-plan kitchen contains a fridge, glass top stove, oven, microwave, kettle and a toaster. The unit has free fibre Wi-Fi and a TV with satellite channels. There is a large balcony that offers partial views of the area. Secure basement parking is available for a standard size vehicle in the complex, and an extra visitors parking bay can be arranged. House cleaning services are offered on a weekly basis for linen and towel replacement. The complex offers a coin-operated laundromat and drying area, for guests to make use of on the second floor. There is 24-hour manned security with boom control.
