How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
• Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification. The cancellation charge will depend on the number of days prior to arrival that the cancellation is made:
• 22 to 30 days – 20% will be forfeited
• 15 to 21 days – 50% will be forfeited
• 5 days or fewer or in case of a no show – 100% of payment will be forfeited
