The attached bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower. The open-concept living and dining area is bright and airy, featuring a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, microwave, and other essential appliances, allowing guests to prepare meals during their visit. Guests of the apartment will enjoy exclusive access to a private pool situated just outside. The patio area provides the perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful ocean vistas. For added convenience, the property offers free private parking. To ensure privacy and security, the apartment has a private entrance and is protected by full-day security services. An outdoor barbecue and garden area are also available for guests to utilize, weather permitting.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
