How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel the booking 3 – 5 weeks before arrival you will lose 50% of your deposit.
If you cancel the booking 2 – 3 weeks before arrival you will lose 75% of your deposit.
If you cancel the booking 2 weeks or less than 2 weeks before arrival you will lose the whole deposit.
