Travel on the N2, direction Cape Town. Pass through the towns of Groot Brakriver, Hartenbos, Albertinai, Riversadale, Heiderlberg and Suurbraak. At the next town, Swellendam, turn right, and onto the R60 towards Montagu and Ashton. At Ashton, turn right again towards Montagu. You will be travelling through the Cogmans Kloof. Enter the town in Long Street. Take the forth turn off to your left, Kohler Street. Continue to the stop sign, then turn right into Bath Street. Montagu Country Hotel situated on the corner of Bath & Kohler Street. (Brown-pinkish colour).
From Cape Town
To reach Montagu, you travel on the N1 towards Worcester. Once you have passed through the Hugenot Tunnel, take the second turn-off to Worcester. Once you are in Worcester follow the Road signs to Montagu, you will be driving on the R60 through Robertson and Ashton. After travelling through Cogmans Kloof you will enter Montagu. At the 4th turn-off on your left hand side you make a left into Kohler Street. As you reach the stop street, we are on the right hand corner. In the centre of Town.
Via the N2
Follow the N2 out of Cape Town, over Sir Lowrey's pass towards Grabouw. Carry on through Grabouw, Caledon and Riviersonderent. Drive for another 24 km, take the Stormsvlei turn-off. Follow this road to Bonnievale , and from Bonnievale carry on to Ashton. Once you reach Ashton. At Ashton, take the turn-off to the right indicating Montagu. Montagu is only 7 km from Ashton. Take the 4th turn-off on your left into Kohler Street. As you reach the stop street, we are on the right hand corner. (Brown pinkish colour).
