Staff very friendly and premises neat....chalet was tiny...bathroom especially.needs to be updated.

We had the most Wonderful 3-Day stay at the resort.The check-in was efficient,and the large Plett allocated to us was wonderful.It was central and received the morning sun ;very welcome in winter!The proximity of other Plett's were close and friendly we were however still private.It was well equiped. The proximity of the Avalon bathes was a 5 minute walk away and the R80 for the 3 days was very reasonable,We did 2 lovely hikes,one right into Montague.We would liked to have stayed for 3 nights and hoped that the mid-week stay for 3 nights and pay for 2 was valid,but unfortunately it did not apply in the school holidays. Thankyou!

It was a bit of a mistery that the cost of pool facilities is not included in the rates. When someone goes to a hotspring resort, its to enjoy the hot spring. To pay extra does not make sence.

Lovely setting, spacious & clean park home and good service. Our family enjoyed our stay.
