Most tranquil settings. Beautiful garden with lovely view. Comfortable room with big bathroom. Very reasonably priced. Close enough to town and restaurants to get supper when not having a braai. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful. Excellent accommodation - clean, all amenities, needed very tranquil and private. The hosts were great and we didn't wan't for anything. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

Lovely people and a lovely home. Plenty of R&R. Great big yard for kids. If you're visiting in winter, go prepared!

We stayed at Mont Plaisir this past weekend with family and friends. Our accommodation was exceptionally clean and inviting; the lounge area lovely and relaxing with wood for a fire in the evening and lots of space to relax and chat. The accommodation was very spacious and the beds incredibly comfortable. Mark and Anna Marie (the owners) are very attentive and welcoming and we will definitely stay with them again. If you are looking for luxury and peace, look no further. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again Mark and Anna Marie. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

As a part of our honeymoon in southern Africa we stayed a couple of nights in the Field Cottage of Mont Plaisir. What a unique experience that was! The thatched cottage is very cool in summer and everything was clean and perfect. The view from the porch was stunning! Mark and Anna Marie offer horse riding tours on their own ground, which is enormous and exceptionally beautiful. We also did the Lesotho tour they offer. Their guide (Dave, great great guy!) took us in a 4x4 vehicle into Lesotho and into the mountains and again I can only say: STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL nature! It really was a one of a kind holiday and I'm grateful to have experienced it!

It was a great experience to stay at this guest farm. The units are very clean and beautiful and luxurious and the scenery is unbelievable. The whole setting is peaceful and tranquil. All in all it was a pleasure to stay there.
