A stay in the kruger is always nice. However the overall experience at mopani was not great. We had paid for a chalets with a view. We even emailed mopani back and forth to book unit 51. Unfortunately they did not reserve this for us. No matter, we stayed in another chalet. We tried the aircon, which Unfortunately just blowed out very hot air. Being 40 degrees we knew we had to let them know. After 2 hrs we explained again the situation. A maintenance team arrived and were so very helpful. After another 2 hours and many trips for the maintenance team, it was evident that it could not be fixed. We moved to another unit at 20h30. If it was not for the extremely helpful maintenance team.my review would be much harsher. The reception team could do with a course on service. We have never complained about service before but we were treated like idiots by the reception.
