Smooth booking and check in. Very accommodating and helpful staff. Quite clean, issues with air conditioning in some rooms and plumbing. Need to improve on kitchen utensils in the self catering cottages. The generator is only run for a few hours leaving guests with no power for the rest of the time. Beautiful surroundings with the mountain backdrop

When we arrived there was a conference going on. Staff gave us a free upgrade to a chalet so that we would not be disturbed by the conference. Meals were very good. Overall good value for money for an overnight stop. Only downside was the building operations that are currently going on to build a wedding venue. Could pay more attention to detail - one of the toilet seats in the chalet was broken, when stayed in the same chalet a few days later on our return journey, it was still not fixed.
