From Cape Town International Airport:
Proceed from the airport complex onto the N2 highway in the direction of City or Cape Town (the other direction will be Somerset West). Continue along the N2 highway past all the off-ramps until the M3 merges to form five lanes of traffic. Keep as far left as possible, as you need to proceed along De Waal Drive (the other lanes branch into Eastern Boulevard). Continue along De Waal Drive which winds its way around the foot of Table Mountain. As you pass under an overhead walkway, slow down and turn left into Mill Street (if you continue, the road becomes Roeland Street). Continue along Mill Street (which then changes its name to Orange Street), passing through two sets of traffic lights. Before the pedestrian traffic lights on your left-hand side are the Prince of Wales Pillars, signifying the entrance to Belmond Mount Nelson Hotel.
