Mutual Heights 715 is a one bedroom apartment in the historical heritage site building of Mutual Heights. The apartment has high ceilings and feature windows that offer you a lovely view out over the city, Cape Town City Hall and towards Devils Peak. The lounge area boasts a comfortable couch, two chairs and a TV unit with a TV, DStv and a DVD player. The kitchen has a bar counter with two bar stools and is fully equipped with an oven, stove top, fridge with a freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, tea, coffee and sugar as well as all the crockery, cutlery and cookware required. The bathroom has a bath and shower. A lovely staircase will take you to the mezzanine loft room where you will find a queen sized bed, built in cupboards and a work station. Other facilities include TV with DStv, Internet access, fully equipped kitchen, laundry service, Gym, secure parking and a rooftop swimming pool at adjacent building accessed via the skywalk.
