The first floor comprises two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom features a queen bed; the main bedroom's en-suite bathroom is equipped with both a walk-in shower and a bathtub, while the second bedroom's en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet. The second floor presents an open-plan kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, and all necessary equipment for preparing gourmet meals. The adjoining scullery contains a dishwasher and microwave. The living area offers a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and comfortable seating for relaxation. The rooftop entertainment area, bathed in sunlight, showcases Cape Town's stunning ocean and mountain vistas. The ground floor provides direct access to garage parking and includes an entertainment area with an outdoor swimming pool.

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
