The apartment has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The main bedroom is air-conditioned and furnished with a Queen-size bed. The second bedroom has a double bed. There is a spacious open plan lounge and dining area which opens out onto an enclosed patio. The lounge is comfortably furnished and includes DStv and Wi-Fi (20GB limit). There is also underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge. There is an outside laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. The unit is fully alarmed with armed response and there is secure parking. There is weekly servicing.
