The elegant lodge offers 5 air-conditioned suites with an extra-length queen-size bed. The suites feature full or shower-only bathrooms, and some also have outdoor showers. Opening to a verandah, the suites have Wi-Fi, tea and coffee facilities and safes. Nare, meaning buffalo in Tswana, is a sophisticated African boutique lodge offering five elegantly appointed suites. Designed in neutral, earthy tones to harmonize with the natural surroundings, the lodge can accommodate up to ten guests. Each open-plan suite provides stunning views of the pristine bushveld where wildlife frequently roams. African Buffalo Suite: Named after Africa's largest and most imposing wild bovids, this main suite exudes elegance with earthy tones highlighted by rich patterned fabrics. It features an extra-length queen-size bed, a walk-in indoor and outdoor shower, and a freestanding bath. Carabao Suite: Inspired by the carabao buffalo, known for its dark slate-colored hide and spiral horns, this serene suite includes an extra-length queen-size bed and a walk-in indoor and outdoor shower. Jafarabadi Buffalo Suite: This suite, named after the heaviest of all water buffalo with distinctive curved horns and a dome-shaped forehead, offers an extra-length queen-size bed, a walk-in indoor and outdoor shower, and a freestanding bath. Anoa Buffalo Suite: Reflecting the smallest wild cattle species, the Anoa buffalo, this suite combines classic and contemporary African-inspired décor. It includes an extra-length queen-size bed, a freestanding bath, and a walk-in indoor and outdoor shower. Murrah Buffalo Suite: Inspired by the Indian-origin Murrah buffalo, renowned for its milk production and jet-black body with white markings, this suite features a monochromatic palette, an extra-length queen-size bed, and a walk-in indoor and outdoor shower. Each suite is equipped with ample wardrobe space, air conditioning, ceiling fans, free Wi-Fi, a personal safe, a hairdryer, a bar fridge, and tea and coffee facilities. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided, and suites open onto shaded verandas with views of the surrounding landscape. The modern open-plan kitchen includes a refrigerator, an under-counter fridge-freezer, an ice machine, and a fully automatic coffee machine. Guests can unwind in the lounge with comfortable seating and a TV. Dining options are plentiful, with an outdoor boma featuring a fire pit, a spacious patio with a bar, a gas braai, a viewing deck, and the choice of indoor or outdoor dining. Guests can also enjoy the swimming pool or relax on sun loungers while admiring the captivating South African sunset.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.
Check-In: 14h00 to 20h00.
Check-Out: 05h00 to 11h00.
The lodge is only allowed to have 10 people including children. A maximum of 2 people per room is allowed.
Children of all ages are welcome.
A R5000 damage deposit is required before check-in. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days should there be no damages.
A R200.00 conservation/road fee is charged for multiple entries over 7 days. Cash is not accepted at the gate.
In-room spa treatments can be arranged. A 48-hour notice is required.
Rules and Regulations:
* We are part of the greater Kruger National Park and employ an anti-poaching unit.
* Walking, hiking and cycling are allowed in the "Kingsland area" only. Only plains game are in this area and it is considered safe.
* Walking within the daylight hours inside the development node is permitted but running and cycling are not permitted.
* No vehicles are permitted to traverse in Mjejane Game Reserve except on designated roads.
* No motorcycles are allowed into Mjejane Game Reserve.
* Guest may not hunt, cull, capture or shoot at the game.
* Feeding of animals is prohibited.
* Guests shall not damage or remove any flora.
* Guests may not create a disturbance by playing music or making excessive noise in the game reserve or the lodge.
* Fireworks within the Reserve are strictly prohibited.
* The speed limit on the Mjejane Game Reserve is strictly 40 km/h.
* Guests may not bring any pets including birds into Mjejane Game Reserve.
* Due to anti-poaching activities gates open at 05h00 and close at 22h00.
* Smoking is not allowed.
* Parties and events are not allowed.
* Unmanned aircraft systems and drones are strictly prohibited in all areas in Mjejane Game Reserve and Kruger National Park.
* Guests enter the Mjejane Game reserve at their own risk.
* We require indemnity forms to be filled in upon arrival.
* Before guests enter Mjejane Game Reserve, names and vehicle registration numbers are required. All vehicles and /or persons entering and leaving Mjejane Game Reserve may be subjected to a search.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 20 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit 5% of the booking total.
