Neptunes Seat has three bedrooms. The Master Suite is light and spacious, furnished with a King-size bed, has direct access to pool area and a full en-suite bathroom offering a bath, shower and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The third bedroom has two single beds and makes use of a family bathroom fitted with a shower over the bath, toilet and basin. The house has a fully equipped kitchen which also has a gas 2 plate cooker for use during power outages. The open plan dining and lounge has a smart TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi access. There is also a UPS so Wi-Fi is always available. Sliding doors lead to the patio area with a lovely swimming pool, braai facilities and sea views. Off street parking is available for two cars in front of the house.
