Newlands Cottage is an attractive, self-catering cottage with small private garden in the convenient Newlands / Rondebosch area. The cottage has a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, convection oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, two-plate gas hob, dishwasher and full-size fridge / freezer. Towels are provided. The cottage has full independent DSTV and wireless internet connection. The cottage has a braai / barbecue facility with portable braai / barbecue and outside table and chairs. There is a small heated pool which is available for guests between 10h00 and 17h00. The courtyard garden has been designed with great care to ensure privacy and easy access to all facilities. The cottage has a full alarm system with easy remote control access. The attractive front garden has an authentic water feature, old rose trees, oak trees and a covered patio where guests may sit and enjoy the unique Newlands atmosphere. Notes: • A live-in manager; • Full service once a week, clean towels and linen; • The cottageis strictly non-smoking / smoking allowed on patio; • Camping cot available; • Wireless internet access

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome, a camp cot is available on request.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations made 21 – 28 days prior to the arrival date, guest forfeit 50% of deposit.
Cancellations made 14 – 21 days prior to the arrival date, guest forfeit 75% of deposit.
Cancellations made 7 – 14 days prior to the arrival date, guest forfeit 100% of deposit.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival date, the full payment for the booking will be required to be settled.
