Oceans Luxury Apartment has one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The living area has a sleeper couch to accommodate one adult or two children. This unit features an open-plan living area with a large smart TV with satellite channels and Netflix, and a well-equipped kitchen including a washing machine and tumble dryer. Free Wi-Fi is included. The living area leads out onto the balcony, which offers lovely city views.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
If cancelling 45 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
