Situated on the ground floor, the apartmemt boasts sea views. There are two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is place for children to play in front of the unit and there is also a braai area and a Weber braai is provided.

A standard once off cleaning fee is payable in advance for cleaning of the unit on departure. The balance and the cleaning fee is payable 14 days prior to arrival.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
No show or cancellation within 14 days of stay – no refund due
Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before stay – 25% of the deposit will be refunded
Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before stay – 50% of the deposit will be refunded
Cancellation more than 60 days before stay – a 10% admin fee will be retained if full booking is cancelled
