Orca View has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating eight guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and one separate single bed. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed. There is also one single-day bed in a semi-private area of the apartment. The separate bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge / freezer, microwave oven, 4-plate electric stove and other appliances and utensils. There is a separate living area which has a Smart TV with YouTube, limited satellite channels and Netflix. The main living area has an indoor braai facility, an 8-seater dining table, and large comfortable lounge area which leads onto a covered patio offering beautiful views of Melkbos Beach. Private off-street parking is available, behind locked gates of the property.

If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
If cancelling 31 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
