Oregon Pine Cottage in Hout Bay is a double storey, self-catering cottage sleeping six guests. Upstairs is a large bedroom furnished with Queen-size bed, air-conditioning and a bathroom fitted with shower, wash basin and toilet. Downstairs is the second bedroom, also furnished with a Queen-size bed and air-conditioning, a third bedroom furnished with two single beds and air-conditioning, and a separate bathroom fitted with a wash basin, toilet and bath with a shower over the bath. The fully equipped kitchen boasts washing machine and gas hob with electric oven and is open plan with the lounge which has a jet-master fireplace for the cooler Winter months, under floor heating, air-conditioning, TV with satellite channels Hotel Bouquet), DVD player and uncapped fibre internet. Lastly, but perhaps most importantly is the private patio to the rear of the cottage, as this is likely where you will spend most of your time. The private braai/ barbecue facilities are on the patio that leads down onto the main lawn of the Estate. You can enjoy your morning coffee sitting at your outdoor dining area with the estate Springbok merely meters away or light a fire in the evening and watch the spectacular sunsets unfold in front of you. The estate facilities include a Play Park, Tennis Courts and outdoor swimming pool which makes it a hit with family members both young and old.
