Firstly the house is NOT on the beach it is on a car park. The house is very tired and in need of maintenance the drains were blocked showers leaked the toaster did not work it had a break in the lead with live wires exposed. Plus to arrive with a big For Sale sign in the front garden as our first impression was not great ! To open and close the windows and shutters was a nightmare some we could not open at all. Tea and coffee containers in the bedrooms were mostly empty or a few sugar sachets one bedroom had no kettle as all .
