Received a free room upgrade to a large, very comfortable room with massive bathroom and stunning view of the Atlantic ocean. Friendly and helpful reception and restaurant staff.

Your website plus the website of Paternoster Lodge did NOT advise us that there were no staff on the premises from 16.00 hours on the Sunday until 07.00 on Tuesday. We did get breakfast on Monday but other than that the bar and restaurant were closed during those times/days. We were very disappointed. There is also no one site overnight. On a positive note the rooms were pleasant. We do not feel we can recommend this venue to others Yours David Torrance

Very happy- we did stay in the honeymoon suite, which was very spacious, comfortable bed and huge bathroom with double basin and double shower. A little odd the layout of the bathroom, as the shower door is difficult to open and then opens onto the Toilet area- but overall the room was great. The restaurant has amazing views, cozy fire and friendly helpful staff. We also had a great dinner there- the breakfasts are also good. Fabulous pool area. Generally no complaints and would definitely recommend this accomodation to anyone.

We enjoyed a wedding anniversary break from Cape Town at this Lodge. As it is off season we felt we had the whole of Paternoster to ourselves. The room was delightful and the staff very helpful. A return visit is a certainty

The staff and Danielle in particular, made my birthday party an absolute winner! The fish was excellent and the staff were so pleasant and eager to help that it made the weekend a resounding success. Thank you to everyone involved.

My wedding was wonderful and couldn't have been better than it was. Thanx to all the staff for their hard work and warm welcome! I will def. reccomend you guys to anyone! My family can't stop talking about the great venue and service! Thank you for turning my Big day into The Day! :)

Me and my wife were impressed with the accomodation, food and the friendliness of the staff. The best Calamari rings in Cape Town. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Will be going back there again.
