From Cape Town International Airport:
1. Head northeast on Ring Rd for 700 m.
2. Continue straight to stay on Ring Rd for 350 m.
3. Use the left two lanes to stay on Ring Rd for 650 m.
4. Use the second from the right lane to turn slightly left toward Airport Approach Rd for 180 m.
5. Use the middle lane to merge onto Airport Approach Rd for 190 m.
6. Use the middle lane to stay on Airport Approach Rd for 1.2 km.
7. Use the left lane to merge onto Settlers Way/N2 via the ramp to Somerset for 450 m.
8. Merge onto Settlers Way/N2 and drive for 5.6 km.
9. Take exit 22A toward R300/Bellville for 1.5 km.
10. Merge onto Kuils River Rd/R300 and continue for 14.0 km.
11. Use any lane to merge onto N1 toward Paarl/Worcester for 32.2 km.
12. Take exit 59 for Jan Van Riebeeck Drive toward Paarl/R301/Wellington for 400 m.
13. Turn right onto Jan Van Riebeeck Dr for 150 m.
14. Continue onto Wemmershoek Rd for 600 m.
15. Continue onto R301 for 15.3 km.
16. Turn left onto R45 and continue for 8.5 km.
17. At the T-junction with the Huguenot Monument in front of you, turn right into Excelsior Road and continue straight without turning off any roads, passing Le Franschhoek Hotel, Haut Espoir, and Boekenhoutskloof.
18. Continue on Excelsior Road until you reach Three Streams. Just before the Three Streams Guard House, turn left at the Excelsior Farm sign (after a brick reservoir).
19. At the electric gate, use the black keypad on the side of the gooseneck and enter 1234#. The gate will automatically open. When leaving, the gate opens automatically via a sensor.
20. Turn immediately right at the first road, following the sign for Franschhoek Country Cottages and Olive Cottage, and continue straight on the brick road to enter Stonehedge Farm, the last property on the road.
21. As you enter Stonehedge Farm, the road bends sharply left and then right past the Foreman's cottage; watch the mirror at the end for oncoming vehicles at the blind corner.
22. After the bend, continue straight and take the left fork in the road, which leads to the top where you will find Peak Cottage, the last building on the property.
