The self catering house has four bedrooms which includes the honeymoon suite attached to the house which offers both privacy and elegance. There are two King-size bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom shared between them. There is a separate toilet. A third bedroom is located downstairs and can be furnished with either a King-size or twin beds. This has a private bathroom with a shower. There is a guest toilet. There is another King-size bedroom in the boathouse which is next to the main house. We call this the ‘honeymoon suite' as it has a separate entrance and is private. It is a beautiful open room, with a corner bat and separate shower. The room has its own tea / coffee station and a fridge. Pearl Bay has a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area. These lead out onto a wooden deck with a rim-flow pool, lending itself to both indoor and outdoor entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a walk in pantry. For those chilly winter evenings there is an open log burning fireplace.
