Periwinkle 1 has four bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, a vanity and sliding doors leading to a veranda with a beautiful view of the ocean and tidal pool. The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed with a variety of toys for children, as well as a surfboard, body boards, flippers of different sizes, a water slide board and more! The third bedroom is furnished with twin beds, built-in wardrobe and a vanity. The fourth bedroom has a single bed, built-in wardrobe and a vanity. The unit has two shared bathrooms, one fitted with a shower and separate toilet with a washbasin, and the other bathroom has a bath, washbasin and toilet. Linen as well as bath and swimming towels are provided. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with all cutlery, cooking utensils, crockery, a fridge / freezer, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and extras like a mixer. There is a breakfast corner, as well as a dining table with seating for six guests. The dining room has sliding doors leading to a small balcony. The lounge has comfortable leather couches, numerous books, board games and a TV with DStv connection point. Guests must please bring their own decoder and smart card. There is a storage room with an ice machine, SodaStream and water filter. This lounge has sliding doors leading to the large veranda with a long table that can seat twelve guests and there is a gas braai. A lock-up garage with secure parking is available for one vehicle and is reached via a remote control gate. The apartment has its own water supply and uses two water tanks.
