Great property and location. I would give it a 8 or 9 out of 10. I would only recommend to the owner to finish the property and provide towel rails, toilet roll holders and additional battery operated light units. With all the load shedding going in you need more than two in the house. Also light bulbs that charges when there is power would also help. And for the management company to provide a bit more detail to new guests as to where to find details around loadshedding and what to do. For example you cannot enter the security gate if there is loadshedding. You need to manually open the garage and the cord for the garage is almost broken, thus needs to be repaired. Some minor adjustments for the new people coming in.
