Phoenix 3 is an open plan air-conditioned unit that is one of three apartments with a separate entrance. The bedroom area has a double bed and there is an open en-suite bathroom with a slipper bath, shower and toilet. The kitchen is well-equipped and features a stove, oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. There is also a built-in braai. The dining area has seating space for four people, while the lounge has comfy seating and a TV with selected satellite channels.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 5% of the deposit.
If cancelling 99 days before arrival, forfeit 0% of the deposit.
