The accommodation sleeps 6 guests and comprises a 3-bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower while the second bathroom is shared and also features a bath and shower. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and cooking utensils. The dining area has seating place for 8 guests as well as a built-in braai area while the lounge has a TV with DStv PVR. Parking is available in the double garage. After 22:00 guests are nog allowed to braai outside.

Excluded / Extra

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

No keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid. A once off cleaning and laundry fee applies to every booking irrespective of the length of stay. A refundable breakages deposit equal to one days rental is due.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
