Pierlynne 1 Top has three bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. For added convenience, there is also a separate toilet with a hand basin. The fully equipped kitchen, with a box freezer and fridge/ freezer, stove and oven, is perfect for preparing delicious meals. The Top House boasts a delightful sunroom lounge with a distance seaview, TV, complete with a DStv decoder and premium package, and dining room.

The Bottom House boasts a delightful sunroom lounge with a distance seaview, TV, complete with a DStv decoder and premium package, and dining room. There is also a separate cottage furnished with a double bed and a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There is also a kitchenette. This cottage can only be rented with Pierlynne 2 Bottom, should accommodation for an extra two guests be required.

A refundable breakage deposit is payable - Unit 1 is R1000 and unit 2 is R1500.
Admin fee for Unit 1 is R700 and Unit 2 is R850.

Cancellation policy

If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
