Excellent stay, thanks.

What a beautiful place! The attention to detail is a sensory journey! We arrived in the evening during a power outage and were greeted by the owner and a myriad candles lighting our room. When the power came on again, we were delighted by the most delightful, comfortable interior, with quirky touches, pristine linen and towels and... hooray!... french presses and proper coffee! To top our happiness and illustrate the owners' hospitality even more, two white party boxes were delivered with a packed breakfast for each of us, as we were leaving early the next morning. I could not resist peeping.... freshest ingredients and healthy, appetising snacks! A traveller's dream. Can't wait to return for a longer stay to explore the interesting nooks and crannies of this historical site and garden.
