Pinnacle Point Villa 12-3 is accessed by stairs and offers two bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second with two single beds. There are two en-suite bathrooms fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, fridge, tea and coffee facilities, washing machine and a dining area. The lounge has comfortable seating, a TV and free Wi-Fi is available. The living area opens onto a balcony with outdoor furniture and a built-in braai that overlooks the estate.
