How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
1. The refund for cancellations between 21 & 7 days prior to arrival is subject to a fee equal to 50% of the full booking amount.
2. Deposits/prepayments are not refundable for cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival.
3. Refunds on deposits for other bookings or premature departure are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to re sell the room.
4. All refunds are subject to a R250 administration fee.
