A booking at Rhino Post Safari Lodge includes/excludes

RHINO POST RATES INCLUDE:
Accommodation, meals (brunch, high tea & dinner), teas & coffees and 2 game drives per day.

RHINO POST RATES EXCLUDE:
Transfers, park fees, laundry, items of a personal nature and all drinks except on the evening game drive. Each guest will receive a complimentary glass of wine, local beer, cider or soft drink on the drive.

PLAINS CAMP AND SLEEPOUT RATES INCLUDE:
Accommodation, meals (brunch, high tea & dinner), cold drinks, house wine and local beers, teas & coffees, morning walk and afternoon walk/game drive. Transfer from Rhino Post Safari Lodge to Plains Camp.

PLAINS CAMP AND SLEEPOUT RATES EXCLUDE:
Transfers, early or late transfers, park fees, laundry, items of a personal nature, spirits, liqueurs and premium wines

Plains Camp offers 4 comfortably furnished African explorer style tents, en-suite with hot running water and all the comforts of home with the African Wilderness on your doorstep. Built in authentic pioneer tradition, it has the serenity of a 19th century naturalists rest, nestled in an Acacia Knobthorn thicket. A generator and a back-up battery system power overhead fans and 24 hour lighting. The generator system can be used to re-charge camera batteries at specific times. Communal Lounge and Dining Area with outside fireplace. Active waterhole. Overhead fans in all tents. 8 guests per walking trail. 2 armed rangers per walking trail.

Travelling with children?
Accommodation - Children of all ages are welcome at Rhino Post Safari Lodge. Children over 12 years at welcome at Plains Camp.

Activities - Children under 6 years cannot go on game drives unless there is a spare vehicle or private vehicle booked. Children under 12 cannot go on Sleepouts.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 90% of the booking total.
If cancelling 45 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total.
If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the booking total.
