Located in Onrus, Riverside 18 is a beautiful, double storey holiday house with amazing views. It has everything that you need for a perfect holiday including a large garden and a swimming pool (please note the pool does not have a safety net). The house sleeps six guests comfortably in three double bedrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen-size bed, the second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom has bunk beds. All bedrooms are en-suite and bed linen and bath towels are provided. There are two lounges; one has a bar area and the other boasts a lovely wood fireplace. The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped for self catering purposes. Braai facilities are provided. Secure parking is provided in a double garage. Facilities include security system, DStv (bring decoder and Smart card), indoor fireplace, tumble dryer, DVD player, Pool table.

Excluded / Extra

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

No keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid. A once off cleaning and laundry fee applies to every booking irrespective of the length of stay. A refundable breakages deposit equal to one days rental is due.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
