The apartment has two bedrooms; the main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge, freezer and microwave. Guests are able to use the washing machine and tumble dryer for laundry. Leading from the kitchen to the dining area, guests can dine at the well-kept dining table and look out at views of the estate's lagoon. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable couches and has a TV equipped with DStv. The air-conditioned lounge opens onto the balcony which is equipped with braai and patio furniture for a braai with a view.

The unit is serviced in seasonal periods, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Off Peak it will only be Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 90 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
