The villa is conveniently located within walking distance to many leisure and sports facilities. The security controlled estate offers beach access, swimming pools, tennis and squash courts, golf, a children's' playground and bird watching. The unit is within walking distance of the beach and restaurants and is located 15km from Margate, 18km from the Wild Coast Sun Casino and Water World. The unit can accommodate four people in two bedrooms and it has one bathroom.The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other room has twin beds, both share one bathroom. The villa is located on the first floor with a sea view and air-conditioning. Bed linen is included. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and features a microwave, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery. The lounge area offers comfortable seating and a TV with a selection of DStv channels. There is also a DVD player and braai facilities are available on the patio, as well as secure covered parking.

Gate fee per vehicle from R60 to R200: 2night stay is R60, 3 nights stay is R90, 4 to 7 nights are R100 and 8 days and longer at R200. The unit is serviced in seasonal periods, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Off Peak it will only be Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 90 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
