San Lameer Villa 3001 is a four bedroom, double storey self catering holiday home, sleeping eight guests. The first bedroom has a King-size bed and an en-suite with a shower-over-bath. The second, third and fourth rooms each have to single beds. The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. And there is another shared bathroom with a shower. The living area is comfortable and has plenty of seating and a TV with DStv / satellite channels. There is also a dining area where you can enjoy your meals. The kitchen is fully equipped for your self catering stay and boasts a washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher for convenience. Outside are two covered patio areas with outdoor furniture, braai facilities and lovely views of the lagoon. There is air conditioning in all rooms and secure on site parking.

If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 90 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
