San Lameer Villa 3113 is a self-catering villa in San Lameer that can comfortably accommodate six guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The second and third bedrooms are both furnished with two single beds. The second bathroom is fitted with a bath, toilet and washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine and tumble dyer. The dining area contains a dining table and chairs. The lounge contains comfortable couches and a large flat-screen TV with DStv channels. The living area opens to a covered patio with braai facilities. The property is equipped with a 950-liter JoJo Tank for backup water supply. Additionally, there is an inverter system that powers the TV and provides a plug point for charging devices.
