Xanadu has four bedrooms furnished with Queen-size beds, two bedrooms furnished with twin beds and one with two child beds. The rooms have en-suite bathrooms or shared bathrooms that are fitted with baths and showers. The large kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave and a fridge. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. Guests can relax in one of the lounge areas with TVs with DStv or the balconies, enjoying lovely sea views. The Xanadu House is fully serviced by a full-time housekeeper and outdoor braai facilities are available. Enjoy your own private beach access onto Sheffield Beach as well as rolling lawns and tropical garden, outdoor dining and entertainment area and breathtaking sea views from your kitchen as you prep your sundowners and canapés to enjoy on the veranda overlooking the ocean.

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
