This was the worst holiday experience for us. These people know nothing about hospitality. Firstly, it was us not receiving anything before we arrived, not hearing from them at all, no welcome letter, nothing. We ignored that. Then we get to the place and are very disappointed in the apartment, as this is not what was sold to us, no value for money. We tried to move, but apparently they all look that way. Then we ignored that again since we were already there. The worst part was that we paid for breakfast and dinner—the worst decision ever. The breakfast was not accommodating of everyone's needs. Saturday night is the reason I understood that these people know nothing about hospitality. We arrived for dinner at around 19:30, and by 21:00, we were still not served, not even a starter. But strangely, the people that came after us were already eating. And we were not the only ones. Our waiter Gift had nothing to say to us but blame the kitchen for being slow, and Aron, who was the Manager, was just panicking when approached with no solution but blaming loadshedding, which does not affect the restaurant, by the way. We had to drive into town so late to look for dinner. The new so-called manager, forgot her name, promised that i would be refunded my money for this dinner, but I still have not heard anything from these people, It has been almost 2 weeks now, hence I am only reviewing now. If you are a traveller like me and you understand value for money and experience, I would never recommend this place to you, Do not do it!!!

It took One hour 30 min for us to be placed in a room that had no aircon ,no dustbin, no towels. just bult with no parking and ugly view of a noisy tennis court and noisy more than 20 ppl in the upstairs and a very unkind receptionist ,moody and not helpful Like she was forced to assist us ! what a bad stay, no electricity day one full night bathed with cold water I'm so sad for the money we paid. we only enjoyed the breakfast and SPa -only places that had good services. accommodation was a real nightmare special Day one 26.12.2023 we had to insist to be moved to another block/room that was better. so disappointed .
