The ground floor welcomes guests with an expansive living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, featuring glass doors that seamlessly connect indoor spaces to two inviting patios. The accommodation features a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with both a bath and a shower. A second bedroom includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with similar amenities. Additionally, a third bedroom provides two single beds. Three Bedrooms are located on the first floor each including air conditioning, two of the bedrooms feature en-suite spacious and full bathrooms. The two larger bedrooms open onto patios, offering lovely views and abundant natural light. One patio overlooks a refreshing splash pool, perfect for cooling off on warm days, while the other hosts a built-in braai, ideal for al fresco dining and social gatherings. Modern conveniences include a kitchen equipped with all essential appliances for effortless meal preparation, supplemented by solar power ensuring uninterrupted energy supply. For secure parking, a spacious double garage is provided

If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
