A booking at Simbavati Mvubu Cottage includes/excludes

RATES INCLUDE:
Accommodation, all meals, two safari activities per day, private safari vehicle, beverages (excluding premium brands and cellar wines). Return transfers from Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport (HDS).
RATES EXCLUDE:
All other drinks, private transfers, gratuities, laundry service, other items of a personal nature. Conservation levies and gate entrance fees.

Timbavati Conservation Levy:
2022: R460 per adult per night and R230 per child under 12 years per night (2022). Will be added to invoices for prepayment, or collected at the lodge directly.

2023: R510 per adult per night and R255 per child under 12 years per night (2022). Will be added to invoices for prepayment, or collected at the lodge directly.

Self-drive guests only: Vehicle entrance fee of R230 is payable at the Timbavati or Klaserie Control Gate for all self-drive guests. (All levies & fees subject to change in 2023.)

Simbavatu Mvubu Cottage is a duplex cottage with two bedrooms. The rooms are furnished with King-size beds and have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. One of the rooms also has an outdoor shower. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a fridge, tea and coffee facilities, and a dishwasher. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table and relax in the cosy lounge. The first floor opens onto a balcony with a comfortable day bed, overlooking the beautiful surroundings. The cottage has a private plunge pool and a viewing deck.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
If cancelling 120 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the deposit.
