Skiathos Villa is a double-storey property and has three bedrooms and a bathroom. The first and second bedrooms are both furnished with a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, basin and toilet. Quality linen and bath towels are provided but guests will need to bring their own beach towels. The open-plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea and coffee-making facilities. There is a six-seater dining table and a comfortably furnished lounge which has a TV with selected DStv channels. Wi-Fi is also provided. The living area opens via stacking doors onto a furnished patio with braai facilities. Guests are afforded secure parking behind a locked gate.

Excluded / Extra

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

The following are not allowed at the property:
Any commercial activity, events, 21st birthday party etc.
Matric gatherings (even after their final exams),
Bachelor parties and hen parties, and
No under 21 year olds will be accommodated at the property without adult supervision.

All facilities are used at guests' own risk. The owner or manager does not accept any liability or legal responsibility whatsoever for any damage, loss or injuries incurred as a result of utilising the facilities or any other injuries or damages guests or visitors may suffer at this Holiday Home or on the property.
Smoking is prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in the Holiday Home, except by special arrangements for guide dogs for the visually handicapped.
Items are not to be removed from the house. The towels provided are not to be used on the beach. Guests need to provide their own beach towels.

The key- and breakage deposit is normally refunded within 10 business days after departure.

If cancelling 13 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.

If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 0% of the deposit.
