On first arrival we were greeted by two lovely and friendly ladies at the office. The Studio we booked was clean and neat. Very nice bachelor's pad for one or two people. The only 2 bad things I could mention is the lack of airconditioning and the smallish tv; other than that, Smithland deserves an accolade for our stay!!!! Will definitely come again...
