Wonderful 10 day stay in this beautiful B&B. Rooms were very nice and comfortable with exceptional breakfasts and amazing hosts in Albert and Hennielene. Their knowledge, insights and recommendations with the history, wineries, restaurants and points of interest were exceptional. We very much look forward to the chance to spend time with them again.

I had such a wonderful 3 week stay at SomerZicht. The self-catering unit I stayed in was excellently equipped and more than comfortable. Usually when I go away I really miss my own bed, but being back in my own bed this time round after my stay at SomerZicht, has been a bit disappointing! Thank you to Albert and Hennielene for their brilliant hospitality and for making me feel so at home.

Ons het van die Self Catering gebruik gemaak. Ons is vriendelik ontvang en ook die res van ons verblyf. Dit is rerig een van die netjieste skoon plekke waar ek was en die dekor is mooi en alles is prakties vir gebruik .

Wir waren die Ersten, die diese Unterkunft gebucht haben. Schon früh in 2015, als man wegen des Umbaus noch keine Zimmer sehen konnte. Doch wir haben es nicht bereut. Wir hatten das obere der beiden Self Catering Apartments mit schönem, großen Balkon und tollem Ausblick. Zusätzlich konnte man auch die große Terrasse nutzen, auf der das Frühstück für die B&B- Gäste serviert wird. Sehr schön auch für einen Sundowner. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Nette kleine Küche, schönes Bad mit komfortabler Dusche, alles sehr sauber. Zweimal in der Woche wird sauber gemacht und Bettzeug und Handtücher gewechselt. Und wenn doch etwas "gefehlt" hat oder wenn wir Wünsche hatten, haben sich unsere Vermieter Hennielene und Albert fürsorglich um uns gekümmert. Es großer Pool läd zum Abkühlen ein. Wir hatten eigene Liegen und Auflagen. Ein "Spar"laden ist mit dem Auto 3 Minuten entfernt. Dort gibt es leckere frische Brötchen und alles, was man sonst so benötigt. Viele gute Restaurants sind in maximal 10 Minuten erreichbar. Allerdings ist eine Reservierung im Hauptreisezeitraum Februar empfehlenswert. Abschließend möchten wir Hennielene und Albert noch einmal danken für ihre Fürsorge. Die Beiden sind wirklich sehr nett und ließen uns fühlen wie zu Hause. Absolute Empfehlung.

A lovely B & B. Very enjoyable stay in the most beautiful surroundings with a stunning view of the mountains. The friendly owners were very helpful. We will certainly use this venue again.
