Southgate 3 can accommodate up to six adults and two children. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and two bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms each contain a double bed. The third bedroom has a double bed and two single beds. Guests need to bring their own towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove / oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The dining area has a six seater dining table and chairs. The lounge has flat-screen TV and opens to a balcony with braai facilities. Guests should bring their own standard decoder and card with them or there is no TV available. The Southgate complex offers a communal swimming pool. A lock up garage is available on site.
