From the N3, take the Howick North / Tweedie offramp (Exit 107) and head towards Tweedie along the R107.
Turn right at the T-junction onto the R103. You will pass the Nelson Mandela Capture Site on your right and Thokans Garage and The Platform on your left.
Before you reach Piggly Wiggly, turn left onto the Dargle/Impendle Road and continue for approximately 27 kilometres (straight past the Everglades turn-off).
Turn left onto the D522 where you will see a brown sign for Star Dam Estate.
Drive for approximately 5 kilometres and you will see the gate to Star Dam Estate on your left.
Drive over the cattle grid at the entrance and drive slowly and cautiously for approximately 3 kilometres along bumpy dirt roads until you come to the entrance for Star Dam Estate.
Guests will receive an access code upon booking, which you will need to enter on the keypad to gain access to the estate at this point.
Follow the road to the lodge where you will be staying.
