This apartment can comfortably 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom contains a tri-bunk bed. These 2 rooms share the second bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath. Quality linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.; ; The stylish open-plan living area features a kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher is available. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with Netflix. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.; ; This living area has large windows with beautiful ocean views. The complex offers a communal coin-operated laundry facility on the ground floor, as well as communal braai facilities. Secure on-site parking is provided.

We require a refundable breakage deposit of R1500 (Payable in Cash on Arrival). The deposit will be paid back after inspection is completed within 7 working days.

Long stay bookings (10 or more nights) attracts compulsory linen change on day 8 for an additional fee of R350 (payable on site).

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
