Studio Ocean

Studio Ocean can accommodate up to four guests and has a bedroom, a bathroom , and an open-plan kitchen and lounge. The bedroom has a Queen-size bed, and there are two single beds in the lounge. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, basin, toilet, and a washing machine. Bed linen, hand towels, bath sheets and extra blankets are supplied for your stay. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge / freezer, an electric stove and oven, a microwave, kettle, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and utensils needed. The small adjacent garden has a built in braai and outdoor furniture. Safe parking is available next to the cottage. The resort is fully fenced with electric fence and there is a guard at night. There is a TV and a DVD player in the cottage but please do bring your own decoder and card. Studio Ocean also offers books, magazines and DVDs for your enjoyment. There is a swimming pool in the resort, as well as a putt-putt and a play area for children.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation 30 days or more prior arrival: 10% of the total value of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation 14 to 30 days prior arrival: 50% of the total value of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation 14 to 7 days prior arrival: 75% of the total value of the booking will be charged.
Cancellation less than 7 days prior arrival, or on arrival date: 100% of the total value of the booking will be charged. No refund will be granted.
