From Johannesburg:
Take the N1 north to Pietersburg/Polokwane (ignore all signs indicating Pretoria Central).
If in Pretoria Central, take Schoeman Street exit onto the N1 north to Pietersburg.
If coming from Johannesburg International, take the R21, Pretoria / Polokwane and then north onto the N1 - Polokwane.
On the second exit after N4/Pretoria central turnoff, turn left onto the Zambezi Drive offramp.
Go through toll (R5.20)
At traffic lights, turn right. (R513).
At next traffic light turn left onto the Moloto Road (R573). Signage says to Kwamhlange
Drive approximately 32,4 Km
You will pass:
• Police Station (Kameeldrift) on left
• Roodeplaat Dam on right
• Signage to Wallmansthal
• Terrain will get more hilly (kloofs with decent rock formation)
• Kloof General Dealer (this shop is just 6,4Km away from our turnoff)
• Bass Lake and Zebra Lodge signs
Approximately 2 Km later, at the Barbets Nest, Breakaway and Leeuwkloof Valley Conservancy signage (amongst others), turn left onto ground road. Our turnoff has been highlighted by a turning lane coming off the main tarred road – the only one down that stretch of Moloto Road.
From Cullinan
From the centre of the town
Get to the 3-way stop at the top of Oak Avenue [the Wimpy and the Post Office will be on your right] then turn left – the Golf Club will be on your left.
Travel along that road until you reach the 4-way stop and turn left – the satellite office of the Department of Home Affairs will be on your left.
### Drive down that road for about 2Km, passing the turnoff to the Refilwe town and then take the next left turn, sign-posted Kwamhlange [R573]
At the end of that road [approximately 5 or 6Km] you will see the R & R butchery across the road to the left as you reach the T junction – turn right towards Kwamhlange, not left towards Mamelodi
Drive approximately 10Km until you hit another T-junction. You will pass the De Tweedespruit Conservancy on your right
At the T-junction turn left towards Pretoria – you are now on the R573
After about 500m on the R573 [the Moloto Road] you will see a turnoff on the right onto a ground road – take this one into the Leeuwkloof Valley Conservancy.
From Rayton:
As you reach the 4-way stop having passed Zonderwater on the right and then the OTK on the left, carry on straight over the 4-way stop. The Department of Home Affairs satellite office is on your left – then carry on as per ###.
At the Leeuwkloof Valley Conservancy:
*** Drive down the ground road until the boom which is just before a T junction. There you will find our access control guard and he will ask your details and then allow you through the double gate.
Bear left (You’re now riding parallel to the tarred road, up the hill).
The road bends to the right, alongside game fencing.
Cross the cattle grid and take a sharp turn to the left, at the Stumble Inn sign – 2 yellow warthogs on a green background.
Follow the ground road, which will bear left with the game fence now immediately on your left. The road will curve, going up the hill and, at the top of the ground road, bear right. Stumble Inn is on your left.
If you have not found the correct ground road turnoff and you reach the Wadrif supermarket and Shell Garage, you’ve gone past our place - turn around and go back approximately 1km and look for ***.
